1. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
  • Processing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends).
  • Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • International Delivery: 7–15 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. CHIC SHOP BEAUTY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
3. Incorrect Shipping Address (Customer Responsibility)
Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
  • CHIC SHOP BEAUTY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, CHIC SHOP BEAUTY is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to carrier errors or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country. We are not responsible for these additional charges.
