At CHIC SHOP BEAUTY, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Skincare or cosmetic items that have been unsealed

  • Gift cards


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CHIC SHOP BEAUTY is not responsible for lost return packages.
